Sign up to Your Fine. We help in quickly reducing your fines to $0.

Have you incurred a fine in NSW such as a traffic offense? Or perhaps another other fine being collected by Revenue NSW?

If so then you are in the right place.
No one likes receiving a fine, particularly if there are personal circumstances that have impacted on your ability to pay the fine. Contact us

When a fine is received, many of our clients have experienced shock, anger, and confusion;

with many choosing to ignore the fine and hoping it will go away.

Unfortunately, once a fine has been issued, pretending it will go away isn’t a strategy that will work.

Whilst paying the fine is the right action to take in some cases, there are situations where an alternative course is best suited.

At Your Fine, we aim to assist you through the Work Development Order (WDO) program. The WDO provides you with an alternative to paying the fine.

Contact us now so we can assess your situation, and start reducing your fine to $0.

How can we help?

At Your Fine, we have clinicians who are WDO sponsors, and are passionate about helping others. We can quickly assess your individual circumstances to determine what the best options are.

We have developed online programs, grounded in cognitive and psychological science, that can be worked through at your own pace, in addition to clinician support.

Once you’ve completed the program, your fine will be cleared- as simple as that.

We care about your safety and comfort as well, which means the entire process can be

completed over the internet at home, work or wherever you choose.

Still scratching your head? Visit our page www.yourfine.com.au/our-services for more information on how to clear your fine in 5 simple steps.

What are the costs?

Here’s the best part, there are no monetary costs involved, provided

you have Medicare or private health insurance.

If you don’t have access to either, we may still be able to help, please get in touch.

There is more information below in relation to the eligibility criteria for the WDO program through ‘Your Fine’.

Is this you? Have you been issued a fine(s) for the following offenses in NSW:

  • Speeding fine (from a fixed or mobile camera),

  • Parking fine (e.g. no ticket displayed, parking on no stopping zone, parking expired)

  • Mobile phone use whilst driving,

  • Crossing a red light camera,

  • Seat belt fines

  • And much more.

Better yet, there are minimal, if any, monetary

costs involved – this is due to the financial

difficulties that many of clients report.

This means you can relax and decide, ‘What else can I do with the money I saved?’

Who is NOT a good fit for the service?

  • The fine has already been paid for.

  • You are only interested in not incurring demerit points associated with the fine. You will need to seek legal advice or contact Revenue NSW around challenging the demerit points.

  • You have the financial capacity to pay for the fine.

  • You don’t believe that the WDO program works. We’re not in the business of convincing you otherwise.

About Us

We are a team of health practitioners, led by Justin Zhu, who value client centred care, evidence based interventions, and social justice.

The clinicians you’ll work with appreciate the link between financial wellbeing and overall wellbeing.

In our clinical work setting with helping clients tackling their barriers, a common element is the significant impact financial burden can have on one’s mood, motivation and happiness.

When we help our clients, many who have a multitude of stressors occurring in their life, in a straightforward but effective way- that is good enough for us.

Note that your privacy and confidentiality is assured when working with our experienced clinicians.

Finally, when working with our clients, and hearing the anger and disappointment from community members who have received a fine, what surprised us was the lack of knowledge about the Work Development Order program and its benefits.

Your Fine has been set up to share this knowledge, and guide clients through the process. Feel free to check out our Facebook group for feedback from clients who have had their fines reduced to $0.

We look forward to working with you to address your fine, and along the way, pick up some new skills to manage your wellbeing, all of this at no financial cost to you.

Frequently asked questions:

How long will the process take?

The answer to this depends on your circumstances. It can be fairly quick or extend longer depending on the amount of fine(s) you have been issued, your responsiveness in working with us, and compliance to the program.

Whilst there are no limits to the amount of fines you can bring to us, there is a cap of $1000 per month which can be cleared. This cap is set by Revenues NSW.

Rest assured, we’ll be able to tell you at the initial consultation.

What other options are available?

Generally speaking, you can request a review of the fine, or seek legal advice.

With the legal avenue, you can seek to have the infringement heard in your local court within 28 days of receiving the fine, assuming the paid hasn’t been paid for.
This may be appropriate if demerit points are the primary concern. Please seek legal advice.

The WDO program is still available if your legal challenge is unsuccessful, and you haven’t paid the fine.

If you’re in financial hardship and want to seek legal advice, you can contact Legal Aid NSW for further support.

For a list of other WDO sponsors, they can be found on the Revenue NSW website.

How do I know this works?

Whilst most of us have, or know someone who has been issued a fine, very few are aware of this program. The Revenue NSW website regarding WDO is located at: https://www.revenue.nsw.gov.au/fines-and-fees/cant-pay-your-debt

To speak with others who have gone through a similar experience, we have setup a Facebook group where you can ask questions, or contact one of the admins to speak about your circumstances.
